Only has small elevator, 2 people at a time permitted, no furniture or large items, (or 3rd floor walkup)

All floors must be protected, booties must be worn over shoes

Print shoots // addl 500.00/day co-op fees. Film fees vary

8am – 6pm hours only

No parking in front of the building

72 hour notice for all bookings to clear building, mandatory
