2 floors, all glass, amazing terrace, 14th floor 3600 sq ft studio and 21st floor 3400 sq ft terrace

Tax and security deposit on top of all fees, + security fee and cleaning fees

No furniture in the space, must bring your own tables and chairs

All load in and deliveries must be done between 7:00 – 10:00am.  Earlier also possible.

Passenger Elevator may be used to carry gear to 21st floor since freight elevator stops at 18th floor.

Freight only goes to 18th floor, passenger goes to 21st floor
