3,000 sq ft and a full wrap around terrace, beautiful views of the Empire State from the terrace

Floor to ceiling windows, fireplace, hard wood floors, chandelier

Restrictions:

No shoes in space, all floors to be protected prior to entry of equipment

No food or drinks except in kitchen, no use of bedrooms and office unless approved in advance. Owner prefers for furniture to not be moved (Please advise if need to move and we can ask permission).

High insurance requirements for this space.

Security Deposit required for all shoots.

Building clearance and fees mandatory for all shoots.

Furniture: The sofa and the wave can’t be moved out of apt but can be moved to another room.  The dining room table is very difficult to move, can only be moved by the people that built it and at production’s expense.

All art has to be handled by art movers.

Pendants fixtures cannot be moved.

Call time is 9am unless we request special approval which would increase fee.
